5 Natural Oils to Rehydrate Natural Hair

cooking-oils

Natural hair is amazing! It can do so many things and hairstyles, the possibilities are endless. But what happens when it gets a bit too dry up there…breakage happens. Here are 5 natural oils to re- hydrate natural hair.

1. Jojoba oil

Not only does this oil deliver instant itchy scalp relief, it also contains fatty acids that do more than wonders for your dry hair. Even the scent is barely noticeable , at least to me anyways.

2. Coconut oil

This oil is well known for moisturizing hair, as well as being a great dandruff treatment. For the dandruff treatment, simply apply coconut oil to your scalp, let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, and wash out with shampoo or conditioner! If you are however also suffering from dry itchy scalp, rinse out with conditioner instead of shampoo.

3. Olive oil

Of course! Olive oil had to make this list! It is sworn on by many naturals as an effective way to reduce split ends. I love using olive oil on my hair. It really fights hard against humidity. Now that fall is here, it’s definitely a hydration tool on my list!

4. Avocado oil

Induced with amino acids and minerals, this oil strides in hydrating your hair; I love it! Any time my hair feels a little dryer than usual, relieve your dry hair with avocado oil. It makes it healthier and manageable to style your hair.

5. Castor oil

Castor oil has long been looked at due to its ability of helping promote faster hair growth. Yes, with time and patience, results are achieved. It is very important to also remember that this oil is thick, so a little goes a long way.

To wrap it up…

I love natural oils for their pureness, natural good amino acids, and helping over all hair health. Jojoba, Castor, Olive, avocado, and coconut oil are great ways to get your hair hydrated and fall ready! Any questions or comments, feel free to ask Linda below thank you!
