I have discovered 5 Must Haves For Natural Hair! There is always room for experimentation when you discover your natural hair. I have set five products below that I find absolutely amazing and worth it. Whether it’s for styling, conditioning, or detangling my hair, these products are definite must haves!

1. Hollywood Tea Tree Cholesterol 20 oz. (Pack of 2)

I actually feel a nice cool tingling sensation when I apply this to my scalp. I wanted to try it to see if it would make my hair softer, and indeed it does. Cholesterol helps to loosen and detangle your hair. As soon as I wash it off, my hair feels so smooth and shiny, I love it!

2. Denman Classic Styling Brush

Truly one of a kind styling brush! The brush is made up of nylon pins and rubber, which work great for detangling and styling. They are also very durable, and natural hair friendly as long as you detangle gently.

I caught on to this brush watching this video:

Natural sisters breaks it down! lol I loved how she curled her TWA pixie hair, this is too cute! I kind of wish my hair was this short to do this lol, but I’m happy with my neck length and will still give it a shot:)

3. Salon Care Butterfly clamps!

I love using rubber bands, but when it comes to separating hair for hairstyles, these clamps are a miracle worker. These are lifesavers and I love how it holds my hair in the same spot sturdily! I use it for styling and on wash day.

4. Wide Tooth Comb

Unless you want to be in pain when detangling, I suggest using these haha. Wide tooth combs have made a huge difference on my detangling methods. I don’t detangle my hair when it’s dry unless I spray conditioner on it. This comb breezes through hair like nothing! Truly worth it to have some on your bathroom.

5. Silicon Mix Bambu Nutritive Hair Treatment (bamboo extract)

I said I wanted to try another conditioning product for my hair since my baba de caracol, which I loved, is gone. It was a great conditioner, but I love experimenting lol. I ran across this and asked my Dominican friend at a local salon about it. She told me if there was any product I was looking for, this was it! I researched the benefits of bambu (bamboo) extract and see it has a powerful protein that helps the hair become stronger, healthier and longer. I decided to give it a try. Let’s just say, this is my new conditioning treatment! In love♥

To wrap it up…

These are 5 must haves for natural hair! I was transitioning to natural till March second when I went to the bathroom and performed my final chop! I love being natural and these products really do make life simpler. If you are looking for things to have in your bathroom cabinet to try out, give these products a chance. You wont regret it!
